Our internal D4 mail carrier delivers your mail directly to your office early in the morning and comes along again in the evening to collect outgoing items. They will also handle the stamping of letters and packages for domestic and international destinations and complete any necessary customs documentation. Discretion, reliability and punctuality are our top priorities when handling your mail.
Admin tasks can be time-consuming and distract you from your core activities. With our secretarial service, you can choose the precise level of support you need. Our service is fully tailored to your requirements and available at short notice to ensure you always stay on top of your admin tasks.
D4 Business Village Luzern can ease the workload of your receptionist, answering calls with a personalised script and in a professional and friendly tone. You are promptly notified of calls and messages by SMS or e-mail. Choose whether you want to book the service short-term, long-term or only for holiday cover.
At the D4 Business Village Luzern, you can drop off all your laundry and have it returned to you freshly cleaned and ironed within two working days. Thanks to partnerships with specialist providers, we also offer dry cleaning and can handle delicate materials such as leather, silk or duvets.
Finding time in your busy schedule to wash your car or take it to a garage can be difficult. The team at the D4’s main reception will be pleased to arrange the cleaning, repair or servicing of your vehicle. Our partner company will collect your car directly from your parking space and ensure that all requested work is carried out carefully, efficiently and as quickly as possible.
A spacious estate car from Mobility Carsharing is available for you right outside the D4 train station. Mobility offers its clients rental vehicles across Switzerland 24/7, charged according to time and distance. Bookings can be made easily online. If you’re a D4 tenant without a Mobility membership, you can order the vehicle directly through the D4’s main reception.

The D4 shower facilities ensure you are always fresh and ready for your next meeting. Be it after a run in the nearby woods or a liberating bike ride at lunchtime – the modern showers, complete with changing rooms and hairdryers, will leave you fully revitalised for the rest of the day.
At the D4 Business Village Luzern, you can charge your electric vehicle at three locations:
- Besucherparkplatz P1, 2 charging stations – provider ECarUp
- Parkplatz P2 (park & ride) at Root D4 train station, 6 charging stations – provider EWL
- Parking garage P4 (only accessible by tenants), 6 charging stations – provider EWL
To benefit from the best possible rates, use the app provided by the charging station provider. The cost of charging and using the parking spaces with charging stations is separate from the standard parking fees on the premises. General parking rates are displayed on-site. Once the charging is complete, please move your vehicle to free up the charging station.

Nextbike is an automated bike-sharing service that is accessible 24/7 via an app.
- With the Business-Bike programme, employees of all companies based at the D4 can use nextbikes free of charge.
- They can borrow the bikes as often as they like for up to 120 minutes.
- For rentals exceeding 120 minutes, a fee of CHF 1.00 is charged for every additional 15 minutes, with a daily maximum of CHF 20.00.
- The station is located at the bike stands in front of the bike tower at Platz 4 (see photo).
- The registration voucher code changes annually and is communicated each time.
