No cancellation fees are charged for room rental and catering if cancelled at least 48 hours before the event day. This excludes costs related to separately rented infrastructure. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the event, 50% of the quoted/confirmed cost will be charged. In the case of a no-show or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, the full quoted/confirmed cost will be charged. Bookings can be cancelled by phone or e-mail.
Depending on your requirements, you can also book event equipment or in-house catering. From projectors and side screens on wheels through to ClickShare, handheld microphones, presentation kits and interpreter booths, we offer everything needed to make your event a success. Catering options range from a coffee cart for meetings to a well-presented business lunch, a standing buffet or a catered drinks reception. The two restaurants on site are open to the public and offer a broad and balanced selection of food and drink for every taste and occasion.
Guests are welcome to use the parking spaces for visitors. The first half hour is free; after that, each hour costs CHF 1.00. You can also provide your clients/guests with a day ticket priced at CHF 10.00 each, so that they can park free of charge.
